I'LL be there HTN! Drivin the A2 and dragging the 416. I'm planning at least 2 days. Lets do an 151 dinner, I'll be staying in Chillicothe with family. You planning more than 1 day? Who else is making the trip to Hallsville?

We will be there with the A1. We might tow the A2 up as well, but not sure yet on that one.

Hoping to do at least 1 day if possible. As school will be back in session and fall sports also, I kind of doubt I'll be there for long if at all. I sure would like to drive my MUTT down. We will see.

Yeah, school starts on the 21st here too. I remember back in the day when you went back to school right after Labor Day, and school was out by Memorial Day. Now they got it all screwed up.

That is a fact. Kids have very few full weeks of school what with all the special holidays and teachers events. They don't get done for the summer untill after the 1st week of June. My times have changed.

Just from those planning to make it. we'll have another great showing! I'll try to make a call down to my cousin in the area and locate a good eating spot, or we could requisition a propane grill and do burgers and brauts on site or at a local park, empty lot, or side or the road. Mapquest lists a pizza shop in Kingston, 4.5 miles from Hallsville. Depending on the drive of those attending, there is Circleville, Kingston, Chillicothe, and Laurelville that each have at least 1 spot to eat. As for the rally, last year the boyscouts had hotdogs, burgers and pop available on site, though I was offered hotdogs from the Ohio Motorpool after their meeting. Any preferences, arrangements, or ideas are appreciated. :D I'll try to show up Friday afternoon sometime, and can stay till Sunday if there is anything or anyone to see. I'll leave the event reporting to TX this time, I'm too long winded.

I edited because I incorrectly named the Buckeye group as having a meeting, it was the Ohio group

Hey HTN,

As for the round lights, if you have a set I'd use them on the trailer! I did pick up a set of M561 lenses to put on a set for the 64 Kaiser, as it had lights from Tractor Supply when I bought it. I could use some paint myself if it's on site. Right now I'm looking for 2 gal of 383. I had 2 gal of 24087 and used more than a gal on the M416. Not sure how that happened, cause I didn't shoot it. You in a hurry on Saturday to get home, or can you grab something to eat before you hit the road?

Hey HTN,

That's thinkin ahead, thanks. Now if someone has just loaded your paint into their trailer to bring to the show, your golden! :) No comments here from Bob C. or ohiomutt yet. Call from rickf confirmed TX and Curtis's arrival in NJ and the pick up of their new A2 from Diamond Jim.
