Where is this mount used?
Hi Folks,
Last weekend I found some parts including this antenna mount. Thought it would fit to a M151 but it does not.
CUCV or HMMWV? Any ideas? There is no number, nothing.
The MX-6707 and AS-3900A will fit as I've seen.

From Mount to TyreUeS wrote:Richard...

I got the tyres with my Mutt in 2011. The manufacturer is from India and my tyres were produced in 2001 . I figured out that the manufacturer in India is still producing them, but only in the 6.00-16 dimension. I've not seen these tyres on the German market, yet.

slowest mutt east of the missippi..
Re: Where is this mount used?
Hell, tires from 2001 are practically new. I wouldn't worry about that. I think the Goodyears on mine are older than I am.

UeS,
I don't know where you are located, (country), those tires are available in the U.S. from several dealers. I have a set on my A2 that came from Specialty Tires of America. They are 7.00/16 LT M/S NDT Military tires. Hope this helps. More rubber in contact with the pavement.

Re: Where is this mount used?
the Indian tires are available in Germany (in 7.00 x 16). But they are actually NDMS not NDCC tires and just don't look right. (they have a more square shoulder). Unfortunately with the miles I put on my 151 I will stay stuck with them for a little bit.
