Gas tank sealer

Can anybody advise me of the best product to use? I have no holes or leaks....just rust on the inside that I want to stabilize.

any help appreciated,

George and Ralph suggested these to similar problems I had, but since I couldn't get hold of the items, I didn't use 'em.
