What about putting in hardened valve seats since unleaded gas will be used? Do I need to do this?

My family has been in the fuel business since 1939. I remember when lead was removed from gasoline here in the U.S. Lots of people predicted doom and gloom. I don't know of anyone who has had any problem running unleaded in an engine designed for lead. I wouldn't put hardened exhaust valve seats in the head unless I was rebuilding the engine, or had the head removed for some other reason.
