503 problems?

Looks like the G503 is having problems. I can't get on no way no how. I have tried the link they give and that no longer works either. I had asked for a picture over there and Matt came up with the very picture I was looking for and now I can't get it. Matt, If you read this can you post that pic over here?

Me too, i tried to find the thread over there about the stearing gear and it wouldn't connect.

You can get to the home page but not the message board.

Type the IP address 66.135.59.168 on the address bar. It worked for me.

what you guys have to do is delete the G503 "cookie" on your computer. the G503 site changed to a different server, and the cookie on your computer is directing you to the old address when it logs you on. Then when you go to the site you will get the new cookie and it will work as it did before. Whenever a site moves, it often takes two or three days to propagate throughout the web. When I moved this site I just didn't tell you guys until it spread all the way out so you didn't hit those problems.

give it another day, and when you go to log on use the ip address....

didn't work here yesterday, but did today...

Jim,

I wasn't aware that they changed servers. I checked it out after Rick posted he was having problems and I was able to get in. Seemless transition on my end. Thanks for the info on correcting this problem. Hopefully I'll never have this sort of problem.

I got in once and that was it. I can get to the boards by entering the ip address but when I try to log in it bounces me back out. Will not let me log in. Guess I made someone mad, again.

Same thing here. When I try to log in it throws me out. It is like the redirect after the log in is sending you to the wrong address.

i can get on to g503, read the forum, but i cant log on to post any replays or check my privet messages

I found a cookie under web.g503.com so I deleted it along with the cookie for g503.com and now it works just fine.
