Clutch Linkage - Unknown Spring Washer

When I disassembled the clutch linkage on my M151A2, a spring washer fell out of the linkage. I didn't think much about it because I planned on looking at the parts diagram in the TM. Now that I'm reassembling the clutch linkage I have a problem. The spring washer is not shown on the parts diagram. Does anyone know where this spring washer goes? Please note that this is not the washer shown as #8 on the parts diagram.

EDIT: Forget this post - I found out where the spring washer came from and it wasn't from the clutch linkage.
