Who is going to Gilbert this year?
Who is going to Gilbert and what will you be looking for? I am trying to figure out what to bring this year to sell. Last year I brought 2 pristine A2 gas tanks and like new Holley carbs and no interest at all. I don't want to bring things that have no interest, especially things that take a lot of room.

Putting stuff together to bring to Gilbert and looking to see if people are interested in some of the bigger stuff before I load it.
I have two (or three?) A2 gas tanks in perfect condition.
Two grills complete with headlight buckets installed
I have several Holley carbs for the early 151 in new condition, I also have the full rebuild kits that I can sell with or install ahead of time.
I have a 60 amp alternator that was specific to the 151 in 70-71. You will need an A2 wiring harness or a 60 amp adapter kit or you can do the adaption yourself, it is not hard.
I have a lot of 1029 radio trays but I am not bringing more than a couple unless there is an interest in them. They are heavy and unwieldy and take up a lot of room in the trailer. Also a couple of the fender mount sponsons.

Re: Who is going to Gilbert this year?
HI Rick, I am looking for a fuel line for my A2 that goes from the tank to the fuel pump, the cloth covered steel 5/16 line, hoping to find an old one I can copy from. Thought you might have one or one may be on your crushed parts unit.
Thanks
Mark

Sorry Mark, That was all apparently removed before it was crushed. Even if it was there it would be bent beyond copying, probably also beyond getting out in one piece. Are you looking for the line inside or outside? I have a line laying on the floor of my truck that fell out of a box that I do not recognize. Haven't paid much attention to it but I will toss it in the trailer. It was taped on the ends and painted so it doesn't have the covering.

It goes from the tank around the trans tunnel and out through the passenger floor then to the rubber line that goes to the pump, unique to the A2. It looks fairly straight forward to make as the manual gives the length of the tube and covering.

This is a used one you could have, it would probably be bent in half by the time shipper got through with it. Blake @ Red River has nice NOS ones and easy on your wallet.

Was nice meeting you Rick, sorry I did not get back to say goodbye, gave a ride to a fellow MRCA member who's car was at a garage. It was quite cold and windy there and that's coming from a Mainer !
