Try heating the metal from underneath and see if that helps. Not to hot or you will warp the parts.

Ever though it's not rusted out, it still has a lot of rusty bolts, the military didn't use anti-seize. Should I keep the original bolts and blast them or just replace them with new ones from the hardware store?
