Hi Sam. I will PM you. I finished welding in the battery trays yesterday. I'll get some pictures posted this week. I'm going to start the drivers side front fender next. Fender is already made, just have to remove the old and fit the new.

The corner pieces are machined out on the inside to lighten them up some. But to your point, they are heavy duty compared to stock.

I'm glad we have this section because it will show that most anything can be brought back from the grave. Also gives me ideas on how to fix the same problems areas I'm going to face.

Not exactly stock but definitely an improvement over stock for your intended use. Especially the extra deep tool box. The recessed batteries are a good idea also, I get nervous every time I put the cover on mine.
