Complete Set of Take Off M151 Seat Cushions

Unread post by mrdibbles » June 3rd, 2018, 3:30 pm

Hi Guys,
I have a set of M151 take-off seat cushions in good condition. $110.00 + shipping or can pick up locally (Raleigh, NC). If you hate that price make me an offer. I also have another set, of cushions that I'll list after this. A very good condition vinyl top and a small horde of small bits and pieces (lights, gaskets, fasteners, odds and ends). If anyone is coming through the area I'd be happy to offload lots of the smalls for free. Just looking to make a few bucks on some of the larger ticket items (seats and top) given moving expenses (we're moving at the end of the month to sunny St. Augustine, FL).
Thanks,
Matt-

Forum and Hambone,
I think I just had a near senior moment. The photos I posted are missing a rear seat piece. So the set pictured in my first post isn't "complete". Posted below is the other "set" but again you'll see a rear seat piece is missing. Having now figured this out I see that I split the rear seat pieces in my photos. Essentially what I have is once full set and another set of just front seats (a rear set cushions would be needed to complete 2 vehicles).

If you're still interested please check with Fastenal to see what they would quote for two boxes, one large and one smaller for the rear seat pieces (but longer), weighing 50 lbs. I think the shipping may be the tough part. I'll do all of the cushions shown for $200 but the shipping is on you, or anyone else interested, to sort out. I can box them sets, the fronts are already boxed, and deliver to Fastenal. Both would fit into the two boxes mentioned above with the largest box being 39 lbs and the smaller but longer box being 11 lbs. I could shrink wrap box boxes together for ease of transport (and to ensure they don't get separated). My zip code is 27614 (Raleigh NC).

Thanks,
Matt-

And this is the top I have. It was NOS before I started using it... never stored outdoors and never parked in the sun for long. $75.00 (would add 11 lbs to the shipment outlined above (so total of 61 lbs and would fit inside the larger of the two boxes).

If shipping is too crazy, you may still get them.

I would think maybe UPS might be competitive on something like this. Not very heavy and they should pack tight together.

I did an estimate of shipping to El Dorado AR (71730) from Raleigh NC 27614 and it came to $90.00 via UPS Ground. The box dimensions for the two "sets" of cushions shown are:

36L X 16W X 4H = 11LBS

26L X 21W X 17H = 39LBS

*Does not include top that's just the cushions.

I would think Fastenal could do it cheaper but what do I know. Hambone please let me know given others have PM'd with interest to buy the set too and I believe at least one party would pick up on person. You have first dibs.

I should have Fastenal quote today, if they're not cheaper, will you ship them UPS?

Fastenal HAD a good thing going but now they are getting greedy, I notice their prices are going up and up. They will crash and burn soon when people get tired of paying the same price as other companies plus having to go there and get it.
