M151 Zenith 12848 parts (have the parts now)

Unread post by elsasser7122 » July 25th, 2015, 5:16 pm

I could use the plug on top of the throttle body on the zenith 12848 that is right above the fuel inlet, and also the brass fitting that the 2 vent lines go into. If anyone has one each of those in there spare parts inventory box that they could part with I would appreciate it. Larry

Guess with all the views this has had, and no response, probably means that nobody has an extra one of these parts in there parts bin that they would want to let go off. Where is the best place to start to look for these two parts?

Larry,
I don't have the parts, sorry. But for other readers, I think you'd get a better response if you had posted a picture.

So I've posted this one. Are you looking for the plug that goes in the carb body where I've marked "flow plug"??? And I take it that you're looking for the brass "vent and vacuum" fitting (where the two pipes connect to the carb? The one with its back to us?

Ken; My images is a little bright, but I think we can make out the parts. Yes, the brass fitting I am referring to is the one with the 2 lines going to it that goes into the top of the carb on the inlet end. The plug is the large one on top right above the fuel inlet fitting, some of them had a hold in the center of the plug like yours shows or the solid one, I don't care which one it would be. Larry

I might have what you need but it will be a few days before I can get to it. I am way behind trying to get ready for my trip to Graves Mountain on Labor day. Send me a PM if you do not hear from me by Friday evening. It will most likely be Saturday before I can get to the bucket of parts.
