I'm a big fan of the M60. Thanks for the video Ralph! You know what I also like is the German WWII MG42. Rate of fire is something else on those. Something like 1200 tounds per minute and I think that includes the changing of the barrel once during that minute. Did they say that M60 took a minute and a half to cycle 850 rounds? Don't get me wrong that's a lot of lead, and done accurately, but I'd like to see it chew through that stuff a little faster

The problem with chewing through it faster means you need to carry more in the field and also could run out at an inappropriate time.
