Re: CMD Body Panels
went to your website today to order something and noticed the pricing is gone and the about us is Rapco not CMD. I assume things are changing, any idea when they plan to have the website back operational or will it all flow through rapcos website?

Re: CMD Body Panels
That is interesting. Maybe Guy has decided to get out of the direct sales game?

Re: CMD Body Panels
Before fortune tellers, seers, coffee-grounds readers, card readers, bone throwers, and other charlatans come into play, we should give Mark and Guy a chance to make a statement. From the European side, a cautious "yes". Guy will probably no longer make direct sales. Perhaps this will give him the time and opportunity to complete the "M151 Body" puzzle. That would be my dream.
From a European perspective, nothing will change for now.

Re: CMD Body Panels
Didn't mean to cause a fuss, thought this might have been common knowledge. I don't have any problems with Rapco, just waiting to find out where to order from.

Re: CMD Body Panels
This is also very fresh to me and a business decision. We should give them a few days.

Re: CMD Body Panels
Thank you Mallard for bringing this up as I've been meaning to make a post. For a couple of years, I've thought about setting someone up for North America distribution of 151 panels. Mark Dodd and I started having conversations over a year ago. I've also spoke to a few others about this but feel that Rapco is the best choice. Mark's son is getting involved in the business and they want to focus on dealing primarily with 151's. I've met a lot of nice people over the years, on the phone and in person. I'll miss that part of the sales. To be clear, Rapco will deal with North America only, Richard is handling parts overseas. Thank you to everyone who has supported body panel sales.

Re: CMD Body Panels
So we will not be seeing you at the shows anymore? And second question is will you still be selling panels locally? Getting a side panel shipped from Texas could be VERY pricy.

Re: CMD Body Panels
I enjoy going to the shows. So, I'll be there but without panels. I'll get to actually enjoy the show! Mark and I have discussed doing drop shipments from CMD if necessary. We'll figure out what works best for everyone. The goal is to service the people that need parts.
