Not sure of a number on that clip, but here's a few civy brake parts.

Where is that clip located? I have a whole bin of suspension parts that might have some of the clips on them.

It is normally found where the steal line is connected to the flex line.

Re: Restoration of NBOER7
Thank you for all the replies on the clip, it is not the metal to rubber clip, it is the hold down clip for the steel brake line located on the rear suspension arm. The arm has two clips, one is a simple loop that is held on with a screw, the other one snaps into a hole in the arm, I am looking for the one that snaps in, the same style clip that holds the wiring harness in the engine bay but smaller.

I will look at my bin of suspension parts when I go out there today.

Re: Restoration of NBOER7
Thanks Rick, I now have the rear suspension back in and all the new brake lines installed, also blasted and primed a few more things I forgot about. I was going to fill and bleed the brakes tonight but I'm just too tired and it's always a big job with a new system. As soon as the brake system is done I'm on to the electrical.
Also, here you can see why you should replace old rubber lines, this one is very bad.

Re: Restoration of NBOER7
So you found the clips you needed? I looked at my bin but that was all front suspensions. I know I have a rear setup somewhere, just need to find it.

Re: Restoration of NBOER7
Rick, I did not find them, MS51928-3, NSN5340-00-182-9615 2EA. Today I tightened all the lines and fittings and added the purple goodness that is silicone" BFS", I'm not going to use the "L" word and jinx myself just yet. I gave it a few pumps by hand and topped off, no time to bleed today and will try and get it done tomorrow

A friend of mine is at the Hagerstown show and asked if I needed anything. Do you want me to have him look around and what would you pay for them since if he buys them then I have to pay him and I will be stuck if it is more than you would pay.

Re: Restoration of NBOER7
I have been standing midnight watch for the past 5 days so progress has been slowed down, only two to go then back on track. I had to make wiring repairs on the rear harness, it looks like the tape was gone and that section was dry rotted. I have the rear harness fixed and lights installed, front harness in and mostly connected, front lights in, steering linkage in, new horn kit installed, and tossed the wheels on to motivate.

Re: Restoration of NBOER7
The wires underneath to the rear originally went through the frame. NOT a fun job, especially if you did not pull a string out with them so you could use the string to pull them back the same way. The last time I did it I pulled all the rubber boots off and taped the ends offset so they would fit easier. But that was a much better harness.

Re: Restoration of NBOER7
Thanks Rick, luckily I did not have to remove the rear harness, just repair that one section. Today I installed the rebuilt differentials, installed all 4 axle shafts and rear bumpers. I know my pictures are crap.
