Interesting Rick, I can still bring it up. You aren't in FB Jail are you? It's the Sand A2 that I built 20ish years ago from all NOS parts (including the body). I see some changes; I certainly didn't hang that winch on front. Not sure of the status of the missing rear seat, and horror of horrors, the seller mentions a ROPS kit. I truly hope that he didn't butcher it up by installing a ROPS.

Re: AM151A2 for sale.
Most likely. You saved the add so it will be there forever but somewhere along the line you will get a notification that it was sold.

Re: AM151A2 for sale.
Leave it to Surveyor to find it. LOL. I love how he includes the letters from Dave P. and Dave Uhrig even though he has drastically changed things and lowered the value of it. No pic of the roll cage.
Dave, did you make that top? I have never seen that window style nor have I ever seen a vinyl top fit that tight.

Re: AM151A2 for sale.
Rick, yes, I made the top, side curtains and door covers. Donna made the seat cushions.
I just realized that there is something fishy about the vehicle valuation report by Dave Uhrig, dated Dec 2023. Dave passed away Nov 2 2017. His wife Laura continued the Military Vehicle Sales and Appraisal business after Dave's passing. Laura passed away April 22 2023.
Is it just me or does the date of the document seem suspect?
Also, the statement about winning many awards at the MVPA convention is untrue. I purposely displayed it at one convention and a few Ohio shows, but never entered it for judging. I've won 1st in Class and Best of Show with my M170. It's a case of Been there, Done that. I knew, and everyone else knew that my unjudged M151A2 was likely the finest vehicle there, but the judging thing didn't matter to me. Since I sold it over 15 years ago, I haven't seen it reported as a winner in any of the MVPA publications.

Re: AM151A2 for sale.
IMHO....anybody who pays that kind of money for a MUTT (no matter HOW nice) needs to have (or her) head examined.
Re: AM151A2 for sale.
That is the going price for a "Motor pool" class M-151. This one I believe is above that grade. Keep in mind that this was built with a NOS body and ALL NOS parts.
