Doesn't A1 windshields have square rubber bumpers? Thats not the case with mine, It has two holes for some sort of bracket that I would believe holds the bumpers.
Does anyone have a line on a set of these?
Also the bracket that goes in the center of the windshield that in turn goes into the hood, are they different as well or will an A1 bracket work? I'm missing it as well. Thanks. Joe.

What year is your M151. I have heard some of the late M151s and early M151A1s sometimes had parts from each other from the factory.

It was sold to me as a 1966 but after sending the budd numbers to "Muttguru" years ago he told me it's a 1967 model. Are these bumpers available anywhere?

Looks like it could be an early 151 windshield to me. There would be a small bracket mounted there with welting over it. My digital camera is down, but I'll try to get a picture of mine posted. Biggest question is "how many vents on the inside of the frame, 2 or 4"? That'll be your answer right there. 4 and it's early, 2 and it's A1 with early hood bumpers. If it's early and you want to trade it for an A1, I'm your buddy!

Same thing on my 1966 M151A1C. Hope you find a source.

It has four vents, that answers that question. Those brackets look easy enough to fabricate. What kind of shape is you A1 windshield in?

Hey Motorcityman,
Honestly I don't have an A1 windshield at this time, but have access to a few that could be used for the trade. My 64 Kaiser 151 took a tree branch hit or clipped something by the last owner and torqued a bit and buckled on the inner passenger side. Not in the mindset to repair it so I have made arrangements to replace it. If I couldn't get an early 151 type, I considered going with an A2 for the wipers, but would like to have an original one if possible. Heck, I have spare electric fuel pumps, so vacuum wipers would be fine. I'll drop you a PM when time allows.
