WTK value of spent M18 smoke grenades

Unread post by WC Matt » September 3rd, 2013, 4:47 pm

Guys
I have some M18 & M83 (look identical to the '18s) smoke grenades which are spent (no longer live). 3 are complete in cardboard tubes. Two are M18s & one is an M83. 6 grenades are missing spoons (5 M18s 1 M83). Due to the high heat of operation, the paint jobs on the grenade bodies are in poor shape, could be repainted. Break down of colors is as follows:

3) Yellow 1) Red, 1) Green, 1) Violet, 1) unmarked , 2)M83 (white?).

Any idea what these things sell for now a days?

Matt

10-15 bucks each

What style are they, do they have rolled top with a smooth bottom or are they rolled top and bottom? If any of them are like the top picture I'd be interested.

Thanks for posting that pic. I'm not sure which type it is as I haven't looked at them in a while. I'll dig them out & have a look. Report back what I find......
