Ford had to redesign the grill from vertical to horizontal because of copyright issues. Are you going to have the same type of problem with Ford? Just asking.

I think it is a good idea. BUT I think that companies don't make a vehicle and then sell to military. I think Military decides what they want then get bid for development. Again I think you are going to the wrong people, you should be going to the military to try to sell you idea

Oh I did present this concept to the Military, they were not interested felt it was a step backwards believe it or not, If you ever had the pleasure of driving a Hmmwv around Germany you would say I am correct...LOL just drive around a whole city as they are so dang big you can't fit down a street heard similar complaints from NG guys who are in the North East...LOL yeah try driving a Hmmwv down the North end of Boston some time where parking is on both sides of the street...LOL NYC had problems with this as well. Anyway the final insult was that a Jeep type vehicle does not have enough armor plating well neither did the Hmmwv's during Desert Storm or the early part of the current wars. My idea of Titanium wire mesh molded inside Kevlar was a great idea, as it would stop small arms fire as well as schrapnel, but don't ask me I am just a old retired disabled Vet what would I know about such things...LOL Hey they won't to waste money of the Carolina Growler and the rubbish AM General is trying to produce who am I to complain I am just a simple tax payer right...LOL

Heck the Hummer was such a joke the chinese own the building rights now...LOL But oh oh don't forget the HMMWV is considered the top of the line for it's day but it is slated for demil now just like the M151A2! Nice to see how our hard earned tax money is recycled...LOL

Hey HK,

Good to see that you finally admit that all of this were dreams. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with dreams and ideas, just don't pretend you are serious. Would have been fair to add a comment that the picture of the frame with the 151 running gear is not yours but some other company which has done that many many years ago. And while we are at it, just add a picture of your 151-LC you were building and show where it stopped.

I guess he'll have to put his grill slots at a right angle to avoid any other copy right laws...... :P .

A better prototype design need some more effort to successfully create it. Some concept could be great things to consider on it. It just needs a very good one in order to be more appreciated by the ones who will see it.
