engine knock
I got a question for you guys with lots of mutt engine experience. I have 2 spare mutt engines and they both have an audible knock when you manually turn them over 180 degrees apart, obviously it is a connecting rod bearing. My question is ,is one particular cylinder in a mutt engine more prone to failure than the others, if so which one? Also what would be a best guess culprit for these failures? I realize this is a somewhat difficult question to answer without knowing it's care, treatment, and maintainance. Thanx
