regards to PSI the 20 manual states the PSI should be at 4.9 to 5.4, i seen no mention of GPH in the manual. the link to facet pump shows 4-5 PSI with a flow of 15 GPH.

my question is does the flow GPH matter?

To a point, 15 GPH is one quart per minute. You need a good strong flow at the carb with the line off, so no load. So that pump should be fine. Look at it this way, 15 GPH at 60 MPH is 4 MPG. LOL. I don't think you are using that much gas.
