Only one, Replace it. And if one is leaking the rest are not far behind so might as well do them all.

And if you do all of them, you'll be taking the exhaust manifold off.. No way around it. And since that particular one is at one of, or at THE lowest place in the block, that's where all the good stuff collects that should be removed.

Cheers,
TJ

Red River Parts, the part # is 8754412 they were $3.95 ea. the phone # is, 903-547-2226

Also available at O-Reilly's. Don't recall the exact size at the moment but they're an interference fit so you absolutely cannot fudge on the size.

If you can't find them in the US, they are available in Germany (and probably other countries too) https://kemper-parts.com/en/ford-mutt-m151/engine/

Go to the -20P. I believe that may give you the exact description of the part, size-wise. I re-read my old post and at that time I wrote that I used a
2-9/16" ("expansion plug" is the correct term) but for some reason that just doesn't sound right to me now. Perhaps someone would care to confirm.

O'Reilly's may be your best bet. They are not uncommon.

TJ

You should be able to measure one and tell them what size you need. Better yet, take one with you.

Nope. They looked mine up, by size, and I had no trouble there. Of course, this is Texas, where the service is better...

The 4 in the block are the same size, the one in the back of the head is smaller.
