Holley Carburetor

I checked the float level, it was 1/16" too high so that would mean less MPG as the needle and seat wouldn't be shut so more gas get sucked in carburetor?I hope my thought is expressed adequately?I think 12--15MPG is the norm?I don't use my mind very much so the thinking process is rusty! LOL

Hey Mark. A couple of weeks ago I used mine on a camping trip. It was loaded pretty good and I got a little over 16 mpg. That was running 45 - 50 most of the way.
