I like how the black goes with the 24087, wish they offered modern vehicles in that color, 2021 Bronco would look great in 24087.

If I could afford a 2021 Bronco I would paint it in Dazzle Camo like I painted my Son's 80's Bronco 2.

Dan, the man with many talents, I didn't know you were a painter, that is some neat artwork and a nice paint job, and I guess you did that in the garage??. I'm not a painter but I did escape this job without any runs.

Let me refer you to a post by someone you might know just a little while back.

It won't see any mud but a wet road on a rainy day is possible, I would like to take it to a few events. Want to sand and paint the brake lines but will have to remove the covering to do so, trying to keep it as original as possible, down to the nuts and bolts, guess I could always buy new lines at some point if the bare ones bother me. Spent 10 years and some tears collecting parts, so I'm going to rebuild it to the best of my ability, need to get Dave to make me an attendants cushion in the near future.

That was in reference to the cloth covering on the brake lines. Now, if you are even thinking of staying so original that you keep the cloth covered lines then why would you even think about a mix and match paint job??!!!!

I tore the cloth off the rear lines, they were torn in a couple places, painted the lines black, so I'm not original anymore. You have to admit that the black looks good, up to now the nut and bolts are original. A lot of bead blasting and painting, that doesn't matter too much to me but maybe someone will appreciate it in the future, no China bolts, may have to rob a few before the projects over.

Laura is a bad girl, must still be a cat 1 as it passes over me, lost 1 tree so far, multiple inches of rain, and a lot of yard work to do, couldn't imagine what it was like on the coast, I'm one of the lucky few that still has power.

And the extra coat of paint beneath that green isn't gonna hurt a thing.

Okay, I caved on the shackle color but with 2 coats of primer, 2 coats black and 2 coats green, they should be as thick as the CARC I just removed from them.
