Armyjeepparts has them for $3.50 +sh. Dont know of a cross reference but I'm sure napa would have one or similar enough. Someone would need to bring a loose one in to compare.

Thanks!

So I drove it around for prolonged periods and it eventually starts surging due to fuel starvation I think and the generator isn’t doing the best job charging the batteries either

The fact that it has sat for years and what you are describing tells me the carb needs a good cleaning and probably a rebuild.

And on the charging be sure the belts are tight, they probably dried out after sitting for years and loosened up. Check all of the connections, unplug the regulator and plug it back in a couple tomes to clean the connections. (Not running and switch off)

It sat for a year after it’s rebuild but I can clean the carb and inspect it I’m planning to pull the gen (60AMP) after testing if there is any indication of failure and get it checked by a local shop. Another thought was if my batteries are not strong enough

The carb is a 13660B I already pulled the emissions cap off it when I did the tuning but screwed all the way out which is what the manual had said.......

You screwed the idle mixture screw all the way out? Ok, but did you screw it back in? It should be screwed it till it just seats gently and then backed out two full turns. This will get you in the ball park to get it running. If you cannot adjust it to stumble by backing it out a couple turns and also by running it in a few turns then the passages are clogged. Take the mixture screw all the way out and spray carb cleaner down there a few ties followed by compressed air and reset the mixture screw. This should (but not always) clean out the idle passages. Once you get the mixture set to the best idle the you want to back the mixture screw out to where it just starts to stumble and then in a half turn. This will give you a little rich idle but will also eliminate the flat spot. Keep in mind that all of the other tune up items have to be correct. Timing and valve setting and points if you have them.

To start dealing with problem number one no electricity I did the full list of testing for the charging system Ended up my alternator being kinda a dud
Took the rectifier end off one of the brush blocks wasn’t screwed one (screw head had snapped off) and the large capacitor on the top was also broke free. I soldered the. Back into place but I’m not sure how long my fix is going to work I’m gonna try to get a rebuilt alt this was the original that sat in the field with the truck all those years and I guess it couldn’t handle off-roading

Looks like it sat in a field for years with the hood open and rain pouring in the alternator and filled it with water.
