I noticed a spine on the dies. Are you indexing them on your press brake? If that's the case, you could zero out your die setup time by bedding them to a Danly Die Set.

All they have to do is makes the ends of the die flush and let 'er fly. It's only 18ga...

We made some adjustments and this is the updated version. The last picture shows it overlayed on a side panel. It is the same profile as the side panel and when properly installed, will look like one continuous piece. Price for just the patch will be $30 each. We're going to run 50 of them this week. Next on the side panels will be the axe mounts and flange plate where the head goes through the side panel.

The picture with the side panel is the driver side, rear wheel. The corner piece is the same angle on the front and rear.
