The "King" has passed.

I regretfully report that I received word earlier today that Tom Murray has passed away. Tom was given the "King" moniker decades ago by John Bensch, another East Coast regular whom we lost last year. Tip a glass of your favorite rum to Tom's legacy.

Tom was one of the old school surplus dealers. I remember seeing him at the old DRMO sales and he was a tough bidder back then. Those were the good old days where you bid in person against each other on site. Our condolences go out to to John and the entire Murray family.

I bought several hard-to-obtain mutt parts from John when most of Europe had never even heard of the M151. He always took care to send exactly what I needed and his overall customer care was excellent. I'm very sorry to hear of his passing.
