Great! I had a set of them, still do actually, and one of them failed dropping my motorhome. Thankfully the tire was still on at the time so it did not go far but I could see it was junk right then and there. Then I started looking at all of their other stands and they are ALL made exactly the same way!!! with a little bent tab to hold the stand post engaged into the teeth. When a forward or backwards load, such as yanking on a wrench happens, it bends that tab straight and the post is free to pull away from the teeth holding it up. Let me tell you, when 12,000 lbs. comes crashing down it gets your attention!!!!! Isn't that just sweet of them to offer a gift card worth the price I paid for the stands four years ago!? What about the damage to the vehicle when the stand bottomed out and bent the frame rail? When I presented this to them at the time they told me it was abuse of the product! No refund.

Grabbed all four of mine and drove to the local HF, where they exchanged for replacement stands, no issues at all. Rick, sorry to hear about your motor home occurrance and the disappointing time with HF.

Good to know they will swap them out, hopefully the QC is better on the new ones, their new Icon brand looks sweet.
