Get Well Soon
Let's keep Rick in our prayers, as I believe his surgery is today.

I wish Rick a speedy recovery
I'm sorry, but I use it to read and write the google translate.
Re: Get Well Soon
I'm sure he'll be OK. Hell doesn't want him and Heaven can't use him (up there, M151s were phased out years ago.)

Re: Get Well Soon
Thanks guys, 4 hour surgery took closer to 7. no idea what the issues were yet. I am home but I feel lie hammed crap! They tell tell me i have to get up and walk, easier said than done! we got 6 inches of rain in less than an hour last night which overwhelmed my sump pump. flooded the laundry room and my wife tells me there was a foot of water in the garage. all that much better when you cant do anything about it. Well, I am going to take my pain meds and take a nap.

Re: Get Well Soon
I hate when stuff happens like that and you can't do anything. I had had knee surgery and was regulated to the den area the day after. Stump grinder guy in the back yard ground through the power line running to the workshop. Lots of sparks and he just kept going. Half the house was without power. My 7 year old son called his Pa Pa and said, 'My room does not have any power and that Man is laid up on the sofa!' Pa Pa did what all Pa Pas would do. Drove over and crawled under the house, found the line, cut it off and isolated the lines.

Re: Get Well Soon
Welcome to the Club, Rick.... The Club no one really wants to join!!! I had the same crap in 2014 and statistics back then indicated that one out of seven men will be affected. Even our Veterinarian's advice back then was "get the damn thing OUT". I've been just fine for 5 years since then but the doc's won't give the "all clear" until year 10. I get annual PSA blood tests and the results come back with a 0. If that number starts to climb, then that means trouble. So far so good. I know what you're going through....... Take Care and PM me with any questions. We'll start our own survivor's club as a side-line........ Take Care!
Guys! Beginning at age 50, get your prostate checked annually (DRE) including a PSA test...... it can save your life!!!
