Newbie mistake
I bought my Alley Cat a very long time ago. In fact, I did it while I was home on leave from Afghanistan. After that purchase, I busied myself buying parts so as to have them on the shelf when I finally returned home for good.
Today, I found that, along the way, I had made a classic newbie mistake and through my own ignorance, I bought from a seller who said he was selling me upper and lower vinyl seat pads for the rear seat. Those never got onto the Alley Cat and sat on the shelves in the box they were shipped in for quite a while.....until today when I was moving a few things around.
I finally decided I had better just get those seat pads on the A2, since the Alley Cat had sold, thereby freeing up some much-needed shelf space. What I found in the box was disappointing. Despite the fact that they were NOS vinyl seat pads in lovely condition, it turned out I had actually been supplied with a paired set of pads for the rear seat's back, part number 19207-11630 467. The seat back pad is far narrower than the seat bottom pad, which is part number 19207-11630 465. So, I didn't bet the lower pad (the one you sit on)..
Now, it may well be that seller honestly, yet mistakenly thought he was selling me a legit set of upper and lower pads and I admit, I really didn't know any better when I bought them. So, for the benefit of the readers, new and old alike, my advice is don't do as I did. Don't just blindly trust your seller. If you are in the market and are shopping for rear seat pads the numbers are -
Rear seat pad (upper) - 19207-11630 467
Rear seat pad (lower) - 19207-11630 465
Cheers,
TJ

How many miles per gallon was that body?
It's sad but I will bet there are only two or three people left on here that will understand that joke!
