That really should be a museum piece. Speaking of which, do you know if 2C7916 still exists/in your list? (Walter Conkrite + Eisenhower m151)

In the wartime photo, what's that gizmo up on the windshield frame? it appears to have a largish cable of some kind coming out of it.

Surveyor.... I don't have a record of 2C 7916 but it could be sat in a barn somewhere, waiting to be discovered. There has been a lot of early Fords re-appearing over the past couple of years.

TJ.... I was puzzled about that, too. It doesn't look anything like a vacuum wiper motor but it does resemble the canister on the bottom of a British gas-mask. If I can get more pictures of the vehicle from the auctioneers, I'll post them here....
