Let's see, he is stationed on Ft. Belvoir. I wonder..................
Just kidding.
And you spelled Ft. Belvoir wrong in your sig. Your CO would be a bit upset with you!

Totally did rick
It’s been like that for a year and a half too!
I’m in the operations shop I’m sure someone would care but they probably wouldn’t even put in the effort to tell me

Here's a mis-identified trailer.

Re: Found on CL - (Not Mine) 2020
I have to laugh because you look at the map of where that is at and it is in the middle of a development next to a country club. But look at the picture, out in the middle of nowhere looks like. If you parked that trailer on a dirt road like that here in NJ you would not be 1/4 mile away and it would be going the other way on a thief's truck!!!!! Really nice looking trailer, the tongue doesn't look too butchered to repair.

Re: Found on CL - (Not Mine) 2020
I just placed a bid on this trailer. Lufkin TEXAS is not far from home. Good looking trailer also. Data plate looks original. USA number on Mod tag.

Re: Found on CL - (Not Mine) 2020
I would be interested in the converted CUCV next to it or the deuce in the back ground. Transport to NJ would be more than the vehicle is worth.

Re: Found on CL - (Not Mine) 2020
Well I was in the hunt until the last. Bidder #1 started at less than $100. I made that person pay. They didn’t steal it. Wanted it more than me.
For Rickf the deuce in background went for $970. There were 3 deuces sold at that location today.

Re: Found on CL - (Not Mine) 2020
Interesting. $1200 is full retail for an unrestored trailer IMO. I usually can obtain 1/4 ton trailers in the $500 range here in GA. Trying to keep them away from the overland campers.
Re: Found on CL - (Not Mine) 2020
I understand about the pricing. Someone had to pay. I run the price up. Photo of this trailer didn’t appear bent to heck like some of the TEXAS Forestry trailers. There was a photo of data plate and MWO plate. Both were original. Was a 1966 CEMSCO trailer. There is a fella near Dallas that purchases surplus military vehicles. Trucks, trailers. Most have belonged to fire dept or forest service.
At same location (Lufkin, TEXAS) three deuces and this trailer sold. Probably to same buyer. One Deuce was $970 ? Other two for $1,500 a piece. So......someone PAID dearly for the M416 trailer.

Things have slowed down it seems CL wise and Facebook appears to have taken up the slack. Here's a rusty A2 in Mississippi for $1200 obo.

Look closely, That is an a1/A2 put together. A1 front and A2 rear. Does not appear to be conversion lights since it has the A2 rear lift slings.
