How big are your balls?     I have never heard of one rolling over. Considering when the front wheels turn one way the rear wheels turn the other way so it will turn purty durn quick. I think top speed is around 45-50.

Looks like the access plate was removed, in the bow, on the driver's side. Maybe steering issues?

I'm betting the owner is also out of ideas and patience...perfect scenario for wrangling a better price. Winch is...well, it used to be a winch. No doubt there are many other glorious discoveries to be made on that one.

One might be able to bargain it down to a manageable price.. and then the real fun starts!

You know how those 'Montana Goats' can be!

Cheers,
TJ

You guys remember this one in Alaska? Had a key. I got a phone call today from a guy around Fairbanks. He just bought an A1 with a hardtop and key. Picture from CL ad is gone but I'm guessing it has to be the same truck. He said previous owner had it listed on CL. I told him I'm pretty sure I've seen pictures of it. His first 151. He was thrilled that we made body panels. His neighbor told him no way in hell he'd find panels. Lol

Considering unlike most other vehicles on the Gama Goat there is an axle located directly between the steering axles that is also capable of independent suspension, I think the chances of rolling one over while turning are minimal.

Let's steer this back to Surveyor's found on Cragslist stuff and move the Gamma goat stuff to the forum made just for it. Keep showing the ones for sale though since there seems to be quite an interest in them. I want to keep general discussions in the regular forums though. Other than pointing out obvious issues you see with the vehicles for sale as we have always done.
This thread has kind of developed a following of its own. I send people here from other forums and all over when they tell me they are looking for a M151. Surveyor has a unique ability to find things on the internet I wish I possessed.

My buying days are over, won't ever finish what I have piled up, need to have a yard sale, but if the right one comes up, I might buy a M274, M422, M37, M1009, M1010.
