Do you have access to a hand held vacuum pump? Like the one for bleeding brakes or checking various vacuum accessories? I had one of them and it finally made it to the scrap pile. It was seized and rusted and in rough shape. I asked all around to make sure nobody wanted or needed anything from it before it went. I try to save anything and everything but there some things that are just too far gone.
