Re: USMC M416 trailer

I have been working on my USMC trailer in the Driveway. I first worked on the bed to make sure I do not need to replace the floor. My plan is to paint the tub floor black as well as the frame. I have a new data plate to install as they cut a tail g...

Re: USMC M416 trailer

Thank you for the information manchester data plate.jpg It is very original, there is od under the camo. It needs some straightening out but it is in very good shape. USMC M416 trailer

I won a used trailer from Govdeals last week. When I went to pick it up, I discovered that it was an USMC version. I will most likely stay with the camo paint after if repair some pencil sized holes in the floor. The lettering was painted in in black. Is it proper to use black decals instead of pain...

Re: Electrical issues

Greetings, Fuses are very different than circuit breakers. Fuses will interrupt the power once as the internal wire overheats and melts. A Circuit Breaker (CB) is designed to open/trip with a higher than designed flow of electricity. A CB can be reset ether automatically when amperage is removed and...

Canvas Passenger Door

I am looking for a good passenger door or someone that can sew a new edge on the front. I have two drivers doors for parts. The two spares have the metal parts that make up the frame. It is now officially cold here in New England as we had frost last night. I put the canvas doors and side curtains o...

Re: Gathering in Weare this weekend?

Unfortunately, the annual Weare Rally has been canceled. The MVMVC is planning "A ride to some where " on Saturday next weekend for club members. We had a social distance ride last month with about 10 vehicles. We toured the state of New Hampshire, had a picnic lunch (Bring your own) and stopped for...

Re: Tail lights

I am a firm believer on being seen in my Mutt, both in the display area and on the highway. When I travel on the highway I have at least one yellow strobe light on a rear antenna mount flashing away. I also have replaced my tail light lens with the Gama Goat lens on both my Mutt and my 416 trailer. ...
