Re: 91 octane ethanol free gas question

https://www.sunocoracefuels.com/fuel-finder?city=cincinnatti&state=Ohio&zip=&fid=&range=300 This is from Sunoco. Shows a few locations around your target area. If you follow their link to their various fuels, you'll see quite a variety of lead/unleaded fuels of various octane levels. They appear to ...

Re: Turn signals not working.

Yeah, tried the suggestions before I posted the original. There was power before changing the rear light assemblies, as the previous signals blinked at all four corners. It was only after changing the lights at the rear that the failure to blink happened. And yesterday I pulled the taillight wire co...

Re: Turn signals not working.

Same theme, different situation: I replaced the cracked/broken A2 tail lamp assemblies on my truck recently. Just prior to that I replaced the turn signal control assembly and verified that the turn signals were working properly on all four corners. After replacing the tail light assemblies, now the...

Re: Camp Pendleton Pics

I keep meaning to get down to Pendleton's museum, as I need images of the M48A2 with dozer blade for a project. When I go, I will take images for what I need, as well as any special requests y'all might have. If you visit their website for the museum, there are thumbnail images showing the inventory...

Re: Found on CL - (Not Mine) 2019

Correct on the San Diego A2. The price fluctuates between 5k and 5.5 k depending on the ad site being used. The milweb ad has phone and email, and when I sent a message, he called back on that listed number.

Re: Found on CL - (Not Mine) 2019

I found that San Diego no title M151A2 listed on MILWEB.net, http://www.milweb.net/classifieds/view_large.php?ad=96794&cat=13 Currently asking 5500, so 500 more than the CL listing. "Runs and drives well, new brakes" UPDATE since posted: The link on MILWEB is accurate. The poster just called, identi...

Re: Transmission/Transfer Oil Change

Thanks Rick. I was already very familiar regarding the pivot pin, based on previous posts. The LO has a nice graphic showing the right spot. I'm surprised the pivot pin wasn't specifically ID'd in the LO as a "no-touchy" item to the end-users.

Transmission/Transfer Oil Change

Well, everything else is finally working. I have also changed the engine oil and both differentials fluids. Now that I have laid in a supply of the copper crush washers for the drain plugs, it's time for the trans/transfer. The LO shows a different "drain" plug location for each section, but only on...
