Re: No fuel to the carburetor

Re: Incorrect carburetor inlet fittings

I also noticed the locknut has a sealing element to it. I have i...

Re: Ignition module compatability

Is the swiss module compatible with both rotor cams,as the trigger wheel is the pick up for the module. On the Prestolite module, the pickup is the rotor cam. My understanding from looking at manual pics is that the prestolite module only works with the fluted cam rotor, but the Swiss module works with...

Re: 12 v distributor ID

The body is identical to that of a 151 that is waterproof, the shaft is similar to a 151. An m38 has a long shaft like an mb/gpw. So definitly not m38 or cj, definitely military.

A-2 Fuel Pumps Question

I was wondering about feedback on replacement fuel pumps for the A-2s. I have two takeoff pumps that the diaphragms have petrified. Are the replacement pumps by Airtex, and who does make them if not,and are they reliable, also does someone offer rebuild kits? thanx

Re: Overheating Issues

i replaced the thermostat, poured the antifreeze that i drained out.....then added another 3/4 of a gallon,so i guess the coolant level was just low. When i removed the cap and looked in there was coolant in the top tank, just not enough.
