Re: Getting ready to fight coronavirus

Thanks, Ken and Ron for your prayers and well wishes. It just makes it more difficult to cope with it as visitors are not allowed. I have not seen my wife in person since the 5th of April. I do get a regular video call so I can chat with her. She's still unconscious from the sedation but I know she ...

Re: Getting ready to fight coronavirus

Hi Guys. I haven't posted here for a while. Hope everyone is safe and well. My wife and I both nurses, stared developing Covid symptoms, and we both self-isolated from the 2nd of April. Her breathing symptoms worsened and she got admitted to the hospital on the 5th of April. She tested positive for ...

Re: fording plate m151 1960

Robert 's work (hornedataplates) is top-notch . He did my dataplates for my M416. They were acid etched.
I highly recommend him.

Hi Ken. I was there for 1 day only (Tuesday). George said you were coming Friday but I couldn't come back due to work.
Hope to see you next year. My amateur attempt at holding a M60

An M37 W/Winch at that. I just cannot picture George in that tent! I'm 6 ft tall and yet I feel like a hobbit when I'm next to George. This is his mutt he affectionately calls "Tricky Little Bastard 2" http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/data/500/IMG_04688.JPG And just to prove the first pic was not ph...

Re: Front bumper rope???

With rivets Matt  This photo was taken at a jeep show in 2011. It was the only mutt entry among WW2 jeeps and it won the most major awards, much to the dismay of the other participants. The show is an annual event held inside a shopping mall every 4th of July and it's a big crowd magnet. The W...

Re: Waking up a Texas M151A2

Just looked at the photo I posted, taken at the low water crossing. Unfortunate coincidence but I assure you that NO , I do not have a Purple Martin bird house mounted as an antenna at the right rear corner of my truck, nor do I have a flagpole at the left rear corner! This is what happens when I l...
