Re: large purchase of parts

Nice! I see you have fork extensions for your tractor bucket. I have a set for my BX-23. Don't use often but love them when I use them.

Re: Enlarged data plate MV display sign

I was reading that thread on the 503. Someone called out that the "3" is backwards and the replay was that the original was the same way. Interesting...

I must be missing something. I can't see the ROPS dash plate like is shown on my picture.

Re: Fuel pump rebuild

Good discussion gentlemen. I did this for peace of mind. I'm going to be doing some other PM work over the winter and this was on the list.

Did you buy around Winchester, VA? Guy owns a gun store? If so, I've seen the truck.

Re: Fuel pump rebuild

With the return shipping it was around $117. I'll look at the receipt when I get home.

Fuel pump rebuild

I just received my A2 fuel pump back from Then and Now Auto and thought I'd share the info. This was an NOS pump that I wanted rebuilt with materials that can handle modern fuel. I use ethanol free as much as possible but it's not always an option on some of our journeys. The mounting gasket was inc...

I'm with Buddy. Very nice looking truck. Question for you: Does that have the adapter plate for the ignition and light switch? It doesn't look like it does from the picture. If not, the military covered the original rather than use the plate? Here is a picture of mine: 20201127_112033.jpg Guy

Re: Sunday 151 Ride

The 151 driving season is over for the year. Looks like we put about 1,677 miles on the A2. Pre-Covid we did about 3,000 per year. New this year were Graves Mountain and Rausch Creek which were great events but very low mileage. Every time we take it on a journey, someone will tell me a story of whe...

Any time we see a tank on our 151 trips, we always stop. Love looking at them!
