Jeepman 68 sent me the tail light areas from one. I'll look at it in the future.

Any plans to make the front fenders for any of the models?
Thank you, Carboarius

Front fenders are on the list. I've already made a set for mine, just have to come up with a corner radius piece for production.

I wrote the first shop orders for the seat supports tonight. We're making 15 of each, already have some sold. Also placed orders to build inventory on some of the parts to be ready for the show season. Rear panel production orders are next and then the rear cross member.

Sent the final program tweak for the rear panel to CNC today. We will make two versions - a welded and un-welded version of both styles. The un-welded version will not have any of the radius corner pieces - just the formed panel. This will be for the person that is going to patch in the rear without removing the entire panel or someone who has the skills to complete the panel and doesn't want to pay us to weld. The welded version as you can guess, will be welded. Not sure what the price difference will be yet and I think I'll keep a couple of straight 151's in stock and then around 10 of the A1 style. I'll look at the A2 version down the road as I have people wanting other parts.

Guy,

I received my panels. Very nice. I'd like to thank you for all the time and effort you have put into this. I never would have tackled this project without the availability of your panels and Fil's battery box floor.

I've been working on AutoCAD drawings this weekend. Now have the rear cross member drawn and the rear cross member brackets (made some test pieces some time ago) complete. Will create shop orders this week.

151 and A1 rear panels are now at the laser. Made the work orders late today and will be make (4) 151 and (10) A1 panels. Once these are made I will be able to verify the rear cross member and rear cross member bracket fit up. These parts are already off the laser.

Hello Guy Now that the151 and A1 rear panels are just about ready it would not require many changes to the A1 CAD plans to start making the A2 rear panels, tail lights and beed rolls right ? :D

We were able to laser cut (4) 151 and (10) A1 rear panels this week. Had to tweak the program several times as the progressive rib tooling used on this part has had a learning curve. This is what we had as of this morning:

The tool has a learning curve or the operators have the learning curve? That is actually a serious question since a lot of computer based tools nowadays are AI based and learn on their own. Your car computers have done it since 1996 with OBDII.

Learning curve for the CNC programmer. For example, if you don't turn on the auto index for the rib tool when forming the tail light rib, you'll rip the sheet out of the clamps. Good thing it's only carbon steel... $$$$

We now have (15) sets of seat support kits available. Pictures and prices are on our website. We are forming the rear panels on Monday and will also verify the rear cross member fit. Once verified we will run a batch of 20 or so.
